Utility Stress Cards

The perfect cost effective card for embossing and imprinting of hospital patient identification cards. Utility stress cards contain a stressing compound that is embedded in the core PVC material and allows cards to be easily embossed.

• Card packaging: 500 cards per box, 5,000 cards per case (10 boxes).
• Available in CR80 (3.375” x 2.125”) and CR50 (3.5” x 1.75”) sizes.
• Available in 0.030” and 0.024” thickness.
• Standard colors: Hospital Blue, Green, Red & Cranberry
• Super Stress cards are also available.

Room Jackets

ADD-TAC produces these convenient room jackets with the patient room number embossed on a metal tab.

• The room jackets are white and come in CR50 or CR80 card sizes.
• They can be ordered with or without metal tabs.

As the patient or resident changes rooms, simply slide the card in the new card holder and eliminate the need for a new embossed card.

Ink Rollers

ADD-TAC provides replacement ink rollers for all makes and models of imprinters. For clear, clean and crisp impressions, ink roller replacement is strongly recommended every 90 to 120 days.In addition to it day to day use, the ink roller is constantly exposed to air which causes it to slowly dry out. Ink rollers are available in purple or black.

ADD-TAC offers several maintenance programs to best meet your needs. We can set up automatic shipments of ink rollers at cost effective pricing. For our customers in Ohio, we can provide you with a service contract for quarterly inspections that include: ink roller replacement, parts replacement, clean up of your imprinter and more! A cost effective way to insure that your imprinters are operating at peak performance.

Card Racks

Each card rack holds 35 embossed patient cards. Its dual position stand props the rack at either a 35 or 55 degree angle, or the rack may be mounted on a wall.  A unique dovetail feature allows two or more units to be connected, creating a single unit with greater capacity. Designed to accommodate either standard CR50 or CR80 cards, our racks are a practical means to keep patient data cards neatly and compactly organized.
